The minimum rate of the first 2,000 gallons for a one month billing period is $12.41
The rate for all consumption over 2,000 gallons is $3.83 per 1,000 gallons
The regulatory fee is $.22 per customer per billing period

6 Late Payment Cut-on (afterhours) $80 Customer request cut-on after hours when cut-offs completed, $35 lock fee will be added also. 12/21/07
